Updating

To update MojoMotor:

  1. Make a backup of your database.
  2. Make a backup copy of the "config.php" and "database.php" files. These are found in the "system/mojomotor/config" directory.
  3. Make a backup copy of the "system/mojomotor/third_party" directory.
  4. Download the latest release of MojoMotor.
  5. Replace the "system" folder on your server with the new one you downloaded.
  6. Restore "config.php", "database.php", and the "system/mojomotor/third_party" directory from your backup.
  7. Visit your site. When logged in as an admin, you will see a link ("Perform MojoMotor Update") beneath your Mojobar. When followed this link will finish your update.
